Overflowed the MAF, bent some rods, overflowed the injectors, started knocking again
When you say " super16T ", is that the set up with the 11 blade turbine ?

Nope, that's why it took us (me and the tuner, aaron from Vast) and the engine by surprise.
It's an old stock aftermarket turbo, the CHRA has been replaced by a 300$ OE type one and the hot side is an angled flange from a volvo 13t (not even the bigger one).

Nothing in this was supposed to perform more than any oem 16T, yet it does

The bent rods might be indicating too much boost too low at the rev range. I remember something like it needs to be ~0.7 bars under 3k rpm. Take this with a grain of salt tho, its a "trust me bro" statement
the bent rods were from me not looking at the data, doing a pull for logs, ran out of MAF unexpectedly so it was running super lean :?

The second time it started knocking makes no sense, there isnt anything wrong in the datalog  I'm replacing the knock sensors and installing an oil pressure gauge this time (+ some H beam rods and new bearings)
Nice😎

Well it is true, that a 13t flows actually better than even a 15g. I was counting some hp numbers with different psi's using the compressor maps for 13t, 15g, 16t etc. Thought I was counting wrong, checked many times then gave up and used an online calculator and it gave me same numbers

I was just wondering is it safe to drive the car to the tuning shop, after installing bigger injectors, the new turbo and the japanifold? The stock tune should limit the boost so that it doesnt lean out right?

I would say it will probably run richer more than anything due to the bigger injectors. Is it a long drive? If you can, keep it out of boost as much as you can and it should be fine
