My Grandson, who knows zilch about cars but has a 2014 s60, 80K miles, moved to Cincy. Can someone recommend a mechanic there I can refer him to? Someone could pull the blinker fluid story on him and he would believe it..
He has 2 problems - 1 - No sound from the sound system - no radio or display sound , and 2 - intermittent A/C which I think may be a shim repair..

I'm trying to help him from some 1K miles away, fix a no sound from radio / head unit and display / USB. He said he took it to a dealer but they sad they could not find the problem. I am going to try to walk him through checking the under the seat amp connections, but if anyone has a better idea, please chime in.. I would assume the dealer would have looked there first....
