All,
Looking at some 17" wheels off an S80 f/9or sale locally and noticing that they are of two sizes. 215/50R17 and 225/50R17. I'm reasonably sure the wheels will fit by V70 (I have 235/45R17's).
Using a tire comparison calculator, I note that the 215's will spin 797 revs per mile and the 225's spin 780 revs per mile.
Will this inconsistency cause issues with STC or ABS? I had thought those systems (maybe just STC) compared wheel speeds and took action when they were different - but wouldn't there then be an issue with the front wheels while turning...
Any thoughts here?
Thanks!

Tire rack and BMW comments on this
According to the experts at TireRack, the tires on xdrive cars can be different sizes from original equipment (but must be within 3% of original tire diameter), and they need to be within 1% (not to exceed) diameter size of each other to not cause problems.
Those wheels are about 2x that amount
