Thanks for your input. I guess I am getting closer, but still not there yet. What I am trying to do is to limit the speed to 30km/h (Swedish rules that allows a 15yo to drive a car with certain limitations)

This ECU is modified from before, so my idea was to use vdash to set the max speed and after that compare the bin with the change to the bin without the change, to figure out what parameters has changed.
Speed limit map is inside ECM flash. CEM sends map index but values is taken from the map. So you can just change map's vlaues to FFFF (512 km/h) and speed limiter will be disabled.

Pull plugs from two ignition coils. Drop the (automatic) transmission into a limp mode. Install additional fixed blade throttle plate =) By the time a 15 y.o. reaches the top speed of 30 km/h he'd loose all the interest in cars.

No

Swedish rules that allows a 15 year old to drive a Tractor not a car.

What you trying to build is called an A-traktor.

Google "Swedish A-traktor" see what your getting into before you proceed.

Swedish EPA rules

Must have a frame based chassis
Rear axle must be mounted directly to the frame without any suspension
The gearing must never let the rear wheels turn faster that 1/10th of the crankshaft
The wheelbase must not be longer than 2,25 metres
Must have a trailer hitch

A-Tractor rules

Must be based on a standard vehicle
The original car must have a curb weight of at least 2.000kg before modification
Cars under 2.000 kgs can be modified, but must be built as an open pickup, and be able to pull a 1.000kg trailer
Must be modified so that there is no space for transporting people or goods behind the front seats
Must have a trailer hitch
Must have a reflective tractor triangle mounted on the back
Must be restricted to a top speed of 30 km/h by disabling gears and/or mounting gearing
Must be modified so the engine can’t run at higher revs
Frame and body must be original

The top speed was not limited (besides the 10:1 gearing rule), but the speed limit is 30 km/h, as with any other tractor in Sweden.

Is there anyone who can help me with the understanding/knowledge how to obtain information to fill in the list of parameters for T5Luke's program to change the configuration in the car's cem, I would like to contribute with my free time to complete the parameter list. I have Vida and Dice if that helps.

Can pull everything from MS-SQL database that comes with VIDA:

More than likely, need to run a much complex SQL query to carve out data for particular model/year.
