issues with VIDA/DICE on 2008 S80 V8

I bought VIDA and DICE from a reputable source, however I believe something may be wrong but figured I would check here first.

Has anyone had this issue? My buddy (not local), scanned the car previously and read all systems, however I cant read them all with my setup. I went in to clear the maintenance message but cant communicate the DIM or anything to the right (I was able to clear it using the manual method with the trip button).

Any help is appreciated..

My 50 cents based from V70 model wiring and understanding.

On V70 CAN Bus are jumped via DIM literally so check behind DIM what are Ohm readings in wires is there cut in communication if nothing works.. Looks like if from V70 again as example then Slow Speed Can Bus has some problems. Could be your reading device on that side of CAN Bus if DIM lights up and operates then i would blame reading device. Sorry too busy yet check specifically.
