Riddle me this?

So this 2002 S60 Base M56 B5244S that has become my favorite everyday ride for years has also some of the strangest quirks.
There have been some CEM/fuel pump issues but i was able to side step a CEM replacement with a toggle switch on the CEM relay connections and so far that's good.
But today I decided to clear the Oil Reset Reminder using my Autel MaxiDiag Elite and must have hit a nerve or something because just I entered the oil reset menu all the doors looked simultaneously. Now on the surface to anyone reading this that means nothing, but to me the DDM has not worked since acquiring this car. Only one driver side window button ever worked on that module but now suddenly I was able to control all the windows and the locks as long as I was engaged in the program with the Autel MaxiDiag Elite but just as soon as I was out of that program area it went back to what I was accustomed to.. Drivers window!
All the fantastic coincidences must be connected is some glorious way that I've not yet been able to figure.
But, If I had to guess i think CEM is the root of all these gremlins.
Just me thinking out loud.

Oh boy, that’s a good one. I can only guess the CANBUS is acting up amd somehow it’s happier with your scanner attached. That, or you have lots of 666 numbers in your VIN

Hahaha!
This car has rewarded me and tortured me in equal parts and I'm still trying to get the upper hand. When I say tortured I do not mean mechanically because the B5244s and M56 is nearly an indestructible combo.
Yes, I mean the gremlins are whats bugging and may spell the end of this relationship.
