95 850 fuel injector compatibility

I would like to replace the fuel injectors for a 95 non-turbo manual 850.
They are the original ones (orange).

FCP has the yellow ones from Bosch (pn 945455) but was told by service that they are for automatics.
Really? Automatics use a different injectors than for manuals?

Here’s the fitment chart from the Volvo parts web store. No mention of transmission part split

There is no difference between fuel injectors for automatic or manual transmission car with same engine and management.
Fuel injectors are coded with colour & Bosch part number which determine their flow and resistance.

Unless you are dead set on replacing them, you might consider having them tested and cleaned, www.mrinjector.us. They do a nice job and will give you before and after specs. I had mine done at around 230k and the before cleaning spray pattern was fine, essentially.
