Nice find. Had this happen to my family about 40 years ago when a smaller Volvo dealer in Scotland closed their smaller outlet. They knew us well and called to see if we wanted any of the spares before they junked them. They knew we had links to the Volvo Enthusiast community. My Dad borrowed a large cube van and we did 2 trips. Parts were then donated to the club. It is a huge task to do, especially identifying what they all are and what they belong to. I really wish you luck!
If I may suggest, maybe contact either the Volvo Enthusiast Club or Volvo Owners Club in the UK if you need help. They may have members willing to help out in your area.
