ECM? Do you mean ECU or ETM (electronic Throttle Module). ETM can be rebuilt and several companies do that while maintaining your unique engine mapping.

ECU (Engine Control Module) - These can be re-programmed and probably repaired.

If you mean the CEM - Speedometer cluster, that can only be fixed by purchasing a new motherboard which is on back order to my knowledge of 6-8 weeks at last count. That has to be presented with the car to the dealer as it needs to be programmed specific to your car and Vin#.
