2025 edition How many miles did you drive your P80/P2 over Thanksgiving? Topic is solved

8 ft. we had Thanksgiving at home this year. The only movement my s70 made was putting it in neutral and letting it roll back 4 feet so I had room to put on snow tires. Then I started it up and drove forward 4 ft. (I let it idle for a while so I could actually start it the next time)

135 miles AlB to port Jeff
16 miles by Zvolvo ferry
90 miles port Jeff to Brooklyn

Repeat in way home.

Technically 5000 miles going to see mom in CA last week, which meant 300 miles for the P2 from ALB EWR

I drove 1900 miles round trip from NH to NC. It was my first long drive in my new-to-me 2000 V70. I had spent the previous four months or so doing every bit of stage 0 work I could. The car drove great, though slow up the mountain hills. Gas mileage was 27 mpg tops which seems decent. I swear the driver's seat is torqued so my back complained the whole way. I hauled lots of things down and different things back, so got some value from the drive.

The P80 - Roughly 20 yards from the Garage to a flat surface to work on it with more room.
The P2 - 500~ miles round trip.

Don’t forget about lawnmower syndrome when you go to shuffle cars….let them run at least 5 minutes to burn off excess cold start fuel

I see this thread has been resurrected

Last TG i drove to the store and back that's about it.
The TG before that 2020 i was in Los Angeles so the car sat in the driveway in New Jersey for almost 2 months. Didnt drive again until end of December i think.
This year not sure how much i will drive around TG depends how the car behaves after the fuel pump relay repair.
Cant wait for TG though looking forward to the turkey and all.

130 miles to ferry
15 miles back home

Total 326 miles

Toughest part will be bucking traffic Wednesday night to catch 2000 ferry

At just about 6 years 11 months, it's coming up due on the timing belt for my '97 855 GLT. Looking forward to getting that done over the days off work.
