I have a 05 S60 that will not crank. I’ve had the CEM and ECM checked along with the key and they said that they are communicating on their test board. They said that it must be a brake in the wiring harness. I’ve checked conductive on all the pairs of wires that I can identify. Does anyone have a diagram showing pin position for wiring between the CEM and ecm ?

It could be that the alarm system has locked you out. I've seen that before.. MDK

Should be the corroded plug to the alternator. It's a skinny black wire. Try reaching for it under the intake manifold and wiggle it a little; then try turning it on.
