it has the MUSCA rims on it and 195 size tires... What other size tires can I use...
What is the best size tire?
Again on MUSCA RIMS.

Looks like 195/65/R15 is your tire size. Inside the fuel filler door should say the same.
Although some other Volvo's that come with 15" wheels come with 205/65/R15 tires, they "may" rub the inner fender wells while turning full lock.
Both my 01 and 02 V70 2.4 t's came with standard 16" wheels and 205/55/R16 tires.
I put .5" wider 16" Metis wheels on my 01 V70 with 215/55/R16 tires and they rub while turning full lock.
I put 17"ers on my 02 V70 with 235/45/R17 tires and they rub worse the the wagon with 16" Metis wheels.
Gets confusing but a 2001 Vovlo V70 could have come with 15" rim, two different 16" rims and a 17"er. Each one a different tire. All four different wheel/tire combo's from the Factory have different suspension turning stops in them to stop inner wheel rubbing. So when the car leaves the Factory, its set up for that wheel and tire.
I only have Metis and Amalthea wheels on my V70's, because it makes me feel cool. Old guy going 68mph in a 70 zone. My steering stop is an audible warning I live with.
I hate to say your safest bet is to stick with the 195/65/R15, but it is.
