At the beginning I decided to scour youtube to see if there were any super clever tricks that I didn't know about. It turns out that there were. I would have had to borrow a wirefeed welder and I'm not sure if I could have done it in place because it's pretty close quarters. It was more likely I would have had to hoist the engine to get enough room. Still, this is a very useful technique which I'll be using on my other 850 to get the busted bolt which used to hold the vacuum tree out.
