Not available from Volvo, but EU guys n get one from Skandix

Parts geek shows the APA or URO one out of stock

IPD has an aftermarket but it’s $90mplus $80 dimensional shipping. Ugh

Well that is unfortunate. Do you have to return the original? If it had happened to me I would have reinforced the broken tabs and plastic welded it back together and kept it as a spare.

Successfully received the second URO replacement. This is a nice piece of kit and was well packaged. Hope to put it on Evita today

As mentioned before, I've had good luck with ABS cement, and if you use scrap for a couple reinforcement straps on the outside surfaces, that should give enough strength to hold it on the car unless you're planning any off-road excursions.

I use Plastic 2 part glue from JB Weld. I also have a small propane plastic welder. Bit like and oversize soldering iron but it has a hole in the tip you can pass sticks of different plastic types through like a welding rod. You can as suggested add in a piece of thin metal for reinforcing the crack and either glue it or use small self threading screws. That is hoe I repair the lower dashboards as well.

I bought the 850 version from Autoplicity, through Amazon.... and am immediately returning it. I don't see damage to the box, but one tab is cracked and the other is completely ripped off and in the bottom of the box.
