I can't recall if it is Permatex spark plug anti-seize I have. It is in the form of a crayon. You just rub it a little on the threads and that is all you need. Just enough to stop the interaction of the steel and aluminum with heat and time.

This isn't the one I have but similar:

I you hav oil in the spark plug hole you can skip it. You don’t need a torque wrench on a washered plug, just take it down until the washer hits, then about a 1/4 turn more with a 12 inch ratchet handle. Too loose is better than too tight.

One if the problems of the cool latest spark plug tip metal (Cu , then W, then Pt, then Ir) giving life up to 100k now….is that the threads are still aluminum head- steel thread. After 100k miles and 8 years of being married , your cheap spark plug bill quickly evaporates and condenses as a machine shop bill for galled threads. Of course, that’s the next owners problem, on average. I don’t even want to gon 4 years on my heavily used cars, so I stick with standard Cu electrode plugs in Volvo brand from FCP on 1-3 year intervals depending on car usage

Less is more with thread antiseize. There isn’t a lot of space in the threads so a swipe where the threads start will grease the whole thread, just 2-3 threads is fine on a plug
Oh ok thanks i've never used this before so had no idea.

I just got the Permatex for the first time and was surprised at the color. It's silver. That's the color of my car so maybe i can use it to touch up some very small rust spots :-)
I’ve been driving a Volvo long before anyone ever paid me to drive one.
That's probably because I've been driving one since 2015 and nobody has offered to pay me yet.
