2005 v70 T5 misfire codes and flashing CEL

ECM-216D Long-term Fuel Trim, Bank 1.
ECM-614B Exhaust Camshaft Control.
ECM-3100 Misfire, At Least One Cylinder.
ECM-3130 Misfire Cylinder 3.
ECM-121D Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor.
ECM-21E0 Long-term Fuel Trim, Bank 1
ECM-120D Air Mass.
ECM-3110 Misfire Cylinder 1.

Car has been having some issues at idle where the rpms dip low to where the lights dim and the car shakes before catching itself and going back to 700rpm or occasionally bouncing up to 1k rpm and in 2 cases stalled during the dip in rpm. Tried unplugging the MAF sensor to see if that made the car run any better, this didnt help and gave me a check engine light. On my way to work the next day to take it in and scan the car the car started misfiring bad and the engine light started flashing so i pulled over and towed the car home, was able to borrow the scan tool for the night and got the list of codes above.

The ECM-614B Exhaust cam code has occasionally caused a check engine light to come on but it usually goes away after a few days.

The ECM-121D i assume is just from unplugging the MAF and causing an open circuit.

I was originally assuming that my fuel pump was going as the car is 200,000+ kms on i assume the original pump, but the ECM-216D code causes i saw online said it was due to high fuel pressure, a crack in the intake system, leaky injectors, a damaged MAF or a bad 02 sensor. Im unsure if this was caused by the maf unplug but im not so confident in my thought that the fuel pump is going due to the possibility of high fuel pressure which i believe would be too low if it was the pump.

The ecm 120D states its related to the IAT sensor which from what i can tell is built into the boost pressure sensor so i dont have any idea if this is part of the misfire issue or from the unplugged MAF

If anyones able to help sort out if codes are related to the unplugged maf and what could be related to the misfiring would be greatly appreciated. Im mainly trying to determine if 216D and 120D is common when unplugging the maf.
None of these codes seem related to anything fuel pump/regulator sensor related so im now stumped as to what was causing my rough idle and misfire issue since unplugging the MAF didnt seem to make things better or worse.
My only new idea if its not fuel related is that i do have a crack somewhere in my intake causing a vaccum leak.
Going on a vacation tomorrow for christmas and I intend to do a test at the fuel rail with a gauge or test the voltage at the pump once im back to officially rule out the fuel pump, after that i guess im gonna start looking for intake cracks

So today i bought a test gauge kit and hooked it up to the fuel rail and this is what i found

Fuel pressure with ignition in run position and engine off, i got a low reading of ~12psi ive read should be closer to 20
With the engine running i got a a measure of 45psi, ive read 55 is to spec

Tomorrow im gonna try and watch the pressure when it stumbles at idle to see if the pumps cutting out intermittently. The numbers i got today are low, especially the 12psi with the engine off (from what i can tell the the psi should be the same as when the engines on) but the code i was getting was for high fuel pressure. Hopfully my test tomorrow will give me some extra clarity

So of course as soon as i go to test the stumble at idle the car wants to act like nothing has even been happening, no misfires or stumbling idle. Waited for the idles to drop down after start up, let it slowly drop itself down to regular idle speed and waited a few minutes and not a single sputter. Car sounds like its running on all cylinders again, no flashing CEL but the solid CEL did come back on but with no service engine messages but i have no scanner till tuesday at the earliest to re check the codes

Hooked my fuel gauge back up and it was still reading 45psi so no change from first test and i can feel all injectors clicking, then i turned the car off and it jumped up to 50psi and slowly creeped up to 60psi after 20 minutes.

I had a suspension about a crack on my throttle body hose that goes under the intake manifold into the intercooler but i was unable to get the pipe off of the throttle so i gave up and put the air box and turbo pipe back on for now.
