Water pump completely seized and threw off the timing belt.
Replaced the pump and belt. Aligned the intake and exhaust cams at the top marks and the crankshaft to it’s mark. Is this TDC?
I’m assuming the valves are bent and it grenaded. Compression test showed zero on 1,2 & 4 and 90 on 3.
Any thoughts or recommendations? Replace with a used head, rebuild the existing head, engine swap? This is my son’s daily driver. Thanks in advance.
