Greetings,
Wanted to share this... A Volvo owner mentioned they'd had good experiences calling Volvo Cust Svce. Calling Volvo had never occurred to me. Today I called with the intention of tracking down an old Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for an issue I'm having. I reached a person straight away who located the TSB and also tipped me off to articles pertinent to the issue. Amazing. Apparently most folks are calling about recalls and dealer/warranty issues.

I've had good luck at their parts counter too, for small stuff anyway.
If you need an oil seal, gasket or those stupid plastic window slider clips, it beats waiting and paying shipping.

Sounds like your good experience was with a Volvo dealer. Oddly enough, I was describing my good experience with a Volvo corporate call center somewhere. If the corporate office does indeed have a parts desk lemme know!
