Replaced the top engine mount with a polyurethane one, replaced the strut bar bushings with solid units and replaced the cabin filter. I am definitely getting vibration in the cabin now even idling but driving it is so smooth and corners much better. I will be replacing all the engine mounts and see how it idles after.

Yeah Sal, MDK here. Those factory bushings are vibration dampening. Doing what you have done, it's going to vibrate.. no question. I did the same thing to my R .. it definitely stiffens it up, but it's a trade off. I found a poly "round" mount in the scrap yard. It lasted about 2 years before the heat cooked it.

I knew there would be some vibration as when I switched on my weekend car there was but I think this is even more because my other mounts are also very worn. I'm going to change all the mounts and see what that does. If anything I'll have all new mounts and put the original upper mount back on

Don't forget to tighten transmission mount and upper engine mount bolts with the engine running. That will reduce vibrations dramatically. At least with the rubber bushings. Don't think you can do much about poly bushings, they will vibrate.
