I take it you're referring to the loom covering? I just use the corrugated plastic covering from Harbor Freight. You could probably get it on Amazon for cheap.

The stuff does come in different qualities/thickness's. The stuff I've found locally is on the thinner side. If I were to make a project out of it, I'd order some of the better stuff online from a vendor that sells electrical stuff. I have no recommendations as it's been too long, and I never followed through with the project.

It's weird how whatever Volvo uses seems to wear away. I've never seen that before until I started looking at Volvos. My 96 is fine, but my 99 S70 has "ghost" convoluted split loom and I've seen it on other Volvo's I've looked at.
