I'm upgrading a TD-3141 unit from a 1984 760. I've compiled 20+ information files and read countless forum post reads from all over the web –MVS included– and I'm yet to understand the wiring schematics on these units. Could someone please let me know what each color wire does on the image below?

Blue = 12v Accessory

I want to replace the TD-3141 Radio/cassette player in my 1985 740GLE with a mint condition TD-6141 from a 1987 740 Turbo Wagon. The TD-6141 has five wires on the main plug (black, blue, gray, green and orange) and a separate brown wire with a female spade connector in addition to the yellow wire with the male spade connector for the lamp wiring on the TD-3141. Do I need to modify the TD-6141 wire harness in any way.
