Current source for blue SC-816 bulbs? (T3 neo?)

I normally replace the bulb portion of these bulbs and swap over the blue cap. However with age some of the caps fail. Does anyone have a source at a reasonable price for these bulbs (I think they are Neo T3 wedge?). The last time I bought these was about 10 years ago and they no longer exist.

I don't want LED bulbs as I have yet to see a good review in this format as they don't seem to light voltage variation for the dimming.

I'll post a picture tomorrow. It is the tiny bulbs with the blue rubber sleeve over them. As for quantity, depends on cost, but lets say 20 which is about 4 radios worth (SC-815/816)

They look like these with blue covers on them. Maybe 10mm (?) high and 10mm diameter? Saw these on a Volvo website. The ones in the radio look the same but have black bases. Not sure if that makes any difference.

I bought a bunch from FCP a couple years back. Are these gone now?

Depends on the price! As you can see Volvo OE parts price is stupid. Clear bulbs are $5 ea at FCP. Don't list a P80 blue coated option.
