P3 side mirrors on P2

So I know the P3 side mirrors are more or less physically compatible with P2, but up to which year? I got a dude selling two from a S80 D4, do they fit? Is there a particular year where they wouldnt?

I specifically am looking to get the BLISS ones.

Well I'm not sure what year you're trying to swap with.. I had a 2008 XC70 that had a cracked mirror and I pulled the glass out from a 2010 XC90 and swapped it out.

I mean the whole assembly with wires, a retrofit of P3 mirrors on a P2 car. A 2013 with a 2005. I know it's possible and has been done just not sure up to which year they are physically the same.
