Looking for 1985 240 Ignition lock set

Putting it out there to see if anybody has a 1985 ignition lock set for 240. I’m not finding anything available. Thanks

You mean a key and ignition lock cylinder?

Maybe. Let me see if the column from my former '85 GLT is in the garage still.

I have an '85 244 parts car. It may still have all the components seen in the photo that was posted by Chuck W.

Next week I'll be able to look around and see if I can find it. I'll report back on my findings.

That being said,I'd think that you'd have a lot of interchange year options on this part.

So, it looks like Chuck W. Gots what Byron needs.

I know that I've swapped the entire ignition/steering column bracket from one year to another before....

Aren't all 240s compatible in this way?

The ignition assembly is different in later years in that it is pressed onto the column, instead of clamped to it.
I think the cut-off is airbag or not.
