Purchased a set of 4 complete door cards from Jonathan, if I recall last year for my Project 2006 S60 2.5T. He told me that he receives a shipping discount when purchases are processed through FB. We negotiated a price and he changed it on the FB page and like eBay went through with the transaction directly on FB. Shipped from Aurora IL to NC for $28. He purchase 2 large boxes and I think shipped using UPS.

May want to consider looking into this and selling to MVS members or others through a FB Marketplace Acct to receive what I consider a "FB Subsidized" shipping cost.

I remembered right, red thread locker.
Heat plasticizes the locking goo, way easier to get them loose with a good 6mm allen.
This is what I use, smaller and much easier to get into tight spaces, really localizes the flame point

I got sort of a torch. A direct blue flame candle lighter. Now I need to figure out the allan wrench. Perhaps cleaning out the head.

Soak the bolt heads with PB Blaster/Liquid Wrench or whatever, and then it is a laborious case of laying on your back and using a straight sharp pick, cleaning the allan heads out until the allan wrench fits nice and snug. You may have to tap it in with a hammer. I used a 3/8" drive allan socket and a wobble drive with a long brake bar on it. If you can reach the ends of the bolts make sure they are clean and lubed as well.

I forgot to soak most of them with lube. Got a light to shine on bolts while I unscrewed first one. There was no crud in the heads but #6 still did not fit. 5.5 was obviously too loose and 7 was obviously too big; 1/4" was also too big. However, I discovered that a T40 was perfect fit. Got all bolts out. Got the driveline bearing support and support plate unbolted. No matter how I wiggle the shaft in/out or even lowering the driveline support, the shaft will not come out from either end of the car.
