Vida CEM swapping

let me guess is it saying somthing along the lines of IMMOBILISER TRY START AGAIN or are you looking to find out how the process is performed ?

if so you probably best reverse engineering the old software which is floating around the internet which codecard.eu supplied some years ago

Actually no, I have not powered on the ECU yet, but I imagine it needs to be re-programmed later on.

Did you solder CAN bus to termination resistor jumper?

This 2-pin yellow jumper on your CAN shield that you've soldered to OBD-II connector - what is it for? IIRC in my shield it connects 120 Ohm resistor (terminates the CAN bus). I can't check my hw right now.

By the way, the latency numbers in your log are totally off, they make no sense. That's why I suspected the hw implementation.
