I am restlessly awaiting the delivery. I've done the throttle body modification already and believe this is about the last thing I can do to my '93 N/A with VVIS.
The throttle body mod alone has made for a more pleasant drive by smoothing the powerband. If this works as well as it has been explained, it should put the last piece in place to flatten out the otherwise "nervous" powerband.

Thanks Yits, for asking if my dashboard was Alter 1 or 2. The dash switches are in fact the only part of the interior that are still Alter 1. Even the console is Alter 2 woodgrain now.
I look forward to receiving it next week and will take photos of my installation. At least I am hoping for it next week. Customs might think it is top secret technology and pull it aside. Ha.

Got it, Installed it, like it so far.
I will post a new thread with my installation. This thread is too long, and started in '09.

Hey and greetings from Germany!

Sorry for my bad english, but that's not my native language.
I'm new here, drive a 1994 GLT with the VVIS-System equipped.

Is the "YITS"-module still available? If not, would it be possible to purchase the plans for that module so I could build it myself or have it built?
Sadly, your posted links don't work anymore...

Checked my whole system, everything works when disassembled, but not when plugged in...

Hopefully, everyone is ok during corona.

Stay safe an grettings from germany again!

If this part is still available I would love to buy one. I have built a Super Seven with a 1994 850 GLT engine that will be registered this year.
