2004 V70 2.5T 5-speed automatic transmission, 48,500 miles.
I am planning to change my transmission oil, (experiencing sluggish shifts and a little slippage) thanks to very many good articles on the procedure on this site and others. I have come across Amsoil and it appears to meet the JWS-3309 spec, as seen from an Amsoil website (pasted in below). The product is Synthetic Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid. Has a higher flash point than Mobil1, and a few other specs that I do not yet understand...
Thoughts?
