Front marker lights 2002 S60

By front marker lights I mean the ones just in front of the front doors on either side. They have never worked except as turn signals since my sister gave me the car in 2016. I presume the bulbs have only one filament. Should they be on steadily when the headlights are on? If so, I guess I have a wiring problem since the bulbs function properly as turn signals.

Pretty sure they are only for turn signals. Your headlights should have a side marker light.

Turn signals only, came in on the 1999 models
