instrument warning lights / 2008 v70

2008 v70 @ 130,000 mi. instrument warning lights begin to flash , tach and odometer needles drop to zero, gas gauge reads empty , turn signal indicator wont respond .... then it goes away . ALSO but not at the same time drivers window reverses itself on the way up may sometimes not go up without repeated attempts. A new window master control was installed with no improvement . Twice the key fob chime has failed to quit chiming without battery disconnect ..ALSO but not simultaneously radio / CD cuts on and off during operation . . The car runs great .My tech said " your car is a thousand $ away from being a perfect car ". Didn't say which thousand.This has continued for months . The car runs great Pretty curious myself . ANYBODY ?
