Voltage regulator for 1998 V70 100 amp alternator

What's the best voltage regulator for a 1998 V70 100 amp alternator? FCP stocks the Bosch 1197311213 and the Beru 1197311213. I seem to recall reading that there are slight variations on the regulator which the alternator could require and you can't know until you've got it all apart. Can you recommend a part number and retailer for these variations, if they exist? Thanks.

Bosch is the OE manufacturer. For your car I recall for it and up to 1998 they ran a 100 A alternator.

There is a note on the Beru part that it is missing a terminal which means you don't get the alternator warning light.

Thanks. I'm surprised to see FCP has the Bosch part. Last time I checked, I'll swear it wasn't there, causing me to buy an entire rebuilt alternator to ensure I got it right. Good thing I haven't installed it yet.
