Alright, the work is done. I took it on a 40 min test drive (trip to the dump) and all is well. Final list:

1. Drive belt, tensioner, idler pulley, decoupler pulley
2. Power steering pump, CHF 11S fluid. Took out reservoir and flushed it to clear the filter.
3. Water pump, incl coupling to PS pump
4. Radiator fan
5. Spark plugs
6. Trans fluid drain/fill
7. Oil change

Total: $950

I told him to keep an eye on coolant/steering fluid levels for the next week or so.

Thanks for all the help Paul. I enjoyed working on this car - it was surprisingly straightforward. Aside from the battery tray bolts that were so corroded I had to chisel/dremel them out πŸ˜ƒ
