Help, Advice and DIY Tutorials on Volvo's P80 platform cars -- Volvo's 1990s "bread and butter" cars -- powered by the ubiquitous and durable Volvo inline 5-cylinder engine.
I'm going to be swapping out the radio bezel in my C70 that is missing half of the walnut "veneer."
I haven't been able to find any videos or printed instructions, but I assuming that I need to remove the dash, center console and the console side panels to get it out.
Is there anything I'm missing......like an easier way to get the job done?

I have done it but it is very tricky with the main dash in place as there are multiple Torx T25 screws around its edges. Top 2 are difficult to get to. It can be done, but unless you have repaired your dashboard mounts recently or at all, you might want to take the time to remove it and do any repairs while in there. I have just done mine. I have a bezel I have just removed so you can get an idea of where the screws are and then decide for yourself. I'll try and do that later this evening.

I have the replacement ready to install so I've got an idea of where the screws are located.
Fortunately, the dash is one of the places in the cabin that doesn't have creaks, groans and rattles.
It may be a week or two before I can get to it, but I'll keep you updated.
Cheers
