I think they give you a T25 in that tool kit in the screwdriver bit. Did you sell that off to buy some haggis?

Procrastination is over on the 08 S60 2.5T. 3 of 4 subframe bushings done (explanation in subframe bushing thread), I work slow so probably 5 hours in already. Dramatic improvement.

Had new rear swaybar links laying around so did them too. One of the old bolts was uncooperative so got out the grinder cutoff wheel to show it who was boss.

Also rotated the tires and pulled two dents.

The PS rear coil spring snapped at where it sits on shock; it was under 3-Year warranty. The replacement is Lesjofors HD; installed with new set of rear spring seat. The ride feels better and softer than Suplex -- roads are well paved and very good in our area.

It was a private scrapyard, owner was pretty cool. It had a great selection of intact volvos. Ive been to kenny u pulls but people are pretty fast to pick parts off of those cars. Best bet is to hit the cars early on the first weekend they are out there.

It was a private yard out in kitchener, prices were a lot higher but the volvos were in good condition. There is a lot of money in salvage vehicles now so they scrap the vehicle all together.

Also depends on the parts you need.

Picked up a set of Volvo Mimas 16" wheels and bought 4 new Continental WinterContact TS 870 tyres 205/55/16. Dropped them off at the powder coating company this morning and they should be ready tomorrow afternoon or Wednesday at the latest

Currently running 225/45/17 so the rolling radius is almost the same and the extra profile will make for a smoother drive on the pothole ridden roads during the winter
