Can you post pictures taken a little further away? I am having a hard time figuring out where we are looking at in the engine area. I think some is possibly behind the RH headlight but I am not sure?
Do you have headlight wipers? If so are they still fitted and do they work?
Neil.

Sorry can't get the video to work on my computer. I would suggest one of the 2 connectors with the grey end and the wire spring clip looks like a headlight wiper connector. You didn't say if you car has them fitted and if they work? If they are fitted, someone may have disconnected them if they were not working. The only other thing that jumps to mind in that area with a clip like that is the headlights but again I don't think that is it.
The white 'male' connector with the press clip, again, can't quite figure out where that is. Can you take a picture further away so I can get an idea where in the engine bay it is? The only clip I can think of if it is on the LH side in the headlight area might be the windshield washer pump motor possibly?
The 3rd one I think is again behind the RH headlight. I'm not sure of it's purpose. I have seen it on several cars and it just seems to be a dummy connector with a cap on it. It may be part of a general wiring harness that gets used in different countries. Like there is a connector often on the LH hood latch which is part of a security system. If you try to force the hood open with the car locked it is supposed to set the alarm off. Maybe it is the same but for a RHD car but fitted to the left side for some reason. Older cars also used to have an altitude sensor mounted near the LH hood latch. Not sure if your car has it or not, but maybe it got dropped as a part and they just capped it off?
Neil.

Sockets for headlight adjustment motors. As far as I can see from the pictures, the adjustment of the headlights is done manually. As a factory, these sockets are added to the installation for future use. The same situation exists in my car. Of course, the vehicle instrument panel should also have a headlight adjustment button there.

Mine has sockets with blank plugs and they are for the optional engine heater.

Could also be the resistor packs they were putting on the headlights at one point. Someone may have unhooked them... Not sure why they would install a plug however...
