New 240 owner, advice needed

Hello everyone, just bought my first 240 wagon I. In need of some advice with a few issues.
1, I have a power steering whine so it's either a new pump or air in the system, what's the best course of action to determine which and how easy it it to change the pump?
2, the car feels very willowy when turning, I'm eventually going to lower it a bit. Not decide on how low or whether to use lowering spring or coil over. So need advice on that but for the interim I want to stiffen the ride up a bit.
3, passenger side window doesn't work, common faults?
4, no central locking, coming faults?
Any other helpful hint would be most welcome

So far loving the car even with the issues.

Ideas on:
1. Have you checked steering pump oil?
2. Your shocks and struts may be very weak.
3. Manual or electric may both have bad regulator linkage. Best to carefully remove the door card and look at it. Try to find a manual or U tube for instructions. Be careful not to break the plastic buttons attaching the card to the door. Try twisting with a putty knife next to each button to pop them loose. There are 6-8 buttons on the sides and bottom.
4. The electric door locks are a switch built in the push/pull rod. Wiring may be the problem. Again, remove door cards to inspect.
