2006 XC-70 Heating/Cooling Fan Issue Topic is solved

Hello,
On my 2006 XC-70 the heating/cooling fan has a strange issue. When the fuse for climate control is in, the fan is always on high. I can adjust the control dial, and the light that indicates the intensity changes, but the fan remains on high.
