2001 S80 Running rough

Hello, First post so

I have a 2001 S80 2.8 Twin turbo that has a problem, it was throwing up the throttle code on my cheap generic scanner so sent my Throttle body away for repair (board issue so has been cloned etc)

so upon refitting the Engine code disappeared and ran sort off, now it runs hesitant along the rev range see the video link , now not sure what it is i am tending to lean towards a misfire and or vacuum leak. The thing is i purchased this as is with faults fairly cheaply, I am waiting on my dice so i can scan it

Has anybody any ideas on where i should be looking ?

We have the same car, 109,00 miles. Husband replaced the turbos and exhaust but still similar symptoms. Sometimes runs fine, other times is nervous much like your vid. Getting PO 442 and P1238 Cylinder 2 codes- These are Volvo codes- This all started with a throttle body installed by a Volvo "mechanic" and it has been not right since- just went to the dealer because it was February and we don't have a heated garage.

Kunes mechanic messed everything up and we are still contesting the charges. But my car does the rough thing on I90 at 75mph so not sure where to go with it. My husband is still working on the solution but the codes don't help much. I love this car but need to be less nervous driving it- he did the Smoke test looking for leaks, no results.
