2005 xc70 sensor in front of left front wheel

does.anyone.know.what the sensor is infromt of the left front wheel? its like a cylinder with a.peg sticking out. insaw it when removing the right headlight.

its underneath and behind the headlight, in the wheel well...but forward of rhe plastic wheel well liner
