A friend of mine lost her 8x Mom in a car crash and needs the Force to help carry her through grieving.

My Mom passed peacefully this past February. I became acutely aware I had not called, hugged, or told her how much I loved her enough. Of course you never can….but.

My sincerest sympathies for the loss of this very special person and may the grieving be tempered by the joy that comes from the memories that flood back which we’ve some how long forgotten.

Hello there,

I always hate hearing about this stuff because it always reminds you of your own past losses, but it is the natural order of life. We all lose our parents at one point and there is not a lot we can do about it.

One consolation we have is that we can recognize that the loss of parents is the natural order of life, and the way I understand it is that it is harder for a parent to lose a child rather than a child who loses a parent. Thus, if you die first it would be much harder on your parent(s).

Well my Mom is back in Hospital this week, but things are up and down. I’ve got a bunch of projects that I can’t get to, but that’s ok. Somehow she always had time fit that school project, that skinned knee, that PBJ, or a check for those tires I needed to replace when I had $5 in checking early years
