Um, because you are a guy!?? Doesn't everyone one do that? I will do that very occasionally with a part on a car I know is a chassis change over in case I have to buy again and keep it as a reminder.

On Friday I went to Tulsa. Before going over to help unload stuff from a uhaul and trailer into my sister's new house, I stopped at LKQ to scope out the 2nd c70 they got recently for another 4x100W amplifier. I now have two 4x100W amps. I already have one 6.5" Skar (2ohm, 200Wrms, dvc) subwoofer and I plan to get a 2nd one. I think I am going to remove the 3" Skar tweeters and put a factory pair in. These parts should come in handy later on in the '~P1155' department. There are some things you learn along the way when you are young and regret doing those things when you are older. Well, my cheaping out has taught me a lot of lessons.

2 hours on Elizabeth the T5

Wiped and oiled cylinders
Installed head gasket
Installed thermostathousing
Installed cylinder head
Torqued cylinder head bolts
Installed 2 m6 water pipe bolts.

She will ride again sokn

In my lazy quest to fix the coldstart/high LTFT issue, replaced the fuel pressure regulator and some vacuum hoses today after work

Good bit of fun that job, I wish I had the version with the FPR under the fuel rail

Drove it around for 10min, it seems a bit happier and the LTFT is going down. The real test will be the coldstart tomorrow !

Got head on Elizabeth , did quick cam cover and belt but she runs funny. Air is sucked into the tailpipe and exhaust comes out of air cleaner

I’m baffled

Are the cams rotated 180 degrees?
