I have a 1995 Volvo 960. I bought it for next nothing and it wasn't running, now I have it running, but the kicker is... I can only start it on starter fluid. The car runs great when it is started and drives fine, but hot or cold the engine will not start on its own. I tested the fuel injector pulse on start up and for some reason it gives no pulse. I have changed the coolant temp sensor, the camshaft position sensor, the fuel pump and filter. I know it has spark because it runs well with no misfire, and the fact that it starts on starter fluid indicates fuel problem.
I believe there is something going on that is limiting the fuel on start up only, maybe electrical issue? I have checked all grounds, but I am not sure why the injectors wont pulse on start up.
Please give me some help on this issue! Thank you all for your time
