Hi,
anyone have access to wiring diagram for the throttle body? I removed the intake assembly to do an alternator job and after putting back everything, car runs bad, has reduced performance message and the throttle body seems to not be functioning correctly. Triple checked all connections. Scanner shows fault codes P2106 and P1589. When I try the scanner active test to open the valve (25% 50% etc ), nothing happens, it just buzzes. With key on, I probe the connecter and only get 5v at one of the six prongs. Shouldn't I get 12? Not sure if I got a bad TB that was working fine prior to removal or low voltage going to it causing it not to operate...

No idea if the below will help, from VIDA:

Throttle unit
Electronic throttle module (ETM) with two integrated potentiometers and a throttle motor
Supply Voltage 5 V (#5)
Value 1.2Ω (#1-#2 motor winding) at normal operating temperature.

ECM Centric terminals below
Control module (ECM) terminal
Signal type
Ignition on
Engine idling
Miscellaneous

#A17
Electronic throttle module (ETA), ground
U = Ulow
U = Ulow

#A48
Electronic throttle module (ETA), voltage feed
U = 5 V
U = 5 V

#A65
Electronic throttle module (ETA), throttle position sensor circuit 1, signal
Unaffected: U≈0.8 V
Fully depressed accelerator pedal: U≈4 V
Voltage varies depending on the position of the throttle. Voltage increases with increased throttle opening.

#A67
Electronic throttle module (ETA), throttle position sensor circuit 2, signal
Unaffected: U≈1.7 V
Fully depressed accelerator pedal: U≈4.1 V
Voltage varies depending on the position of the throttle. Voltage increases with increased throttle opening.

#A74
Electronic Throttle Module (ETA) engine, control signal (-)
Idle = -1.5 V
Full speed = 2 V
Pulse width modulation (PWM) signal.
Utop = Ubat
Pulse ratio 0-100%
The polarity of the control signal switches when the damper motor is to be deployed in the opposite direction.
The throttle motor is controlled using a PWM signal from the integrated power amplifier in the Engine Control Module (ECM) measured to terminal #A75 (#A75).

Thanks! This is great info and also confirms 5V is correct supply voltage. Turns out all I had to do was clear the fault codes first and then re-do the active test and TB was back to working normal. Put the whole intake assembly back on and car still ran rough at first. Turned car off, did full scan of all control units, quick erased all of them and now it runs smooth. :)
