Any use for headlights with worn reflectors and pitted lenses

Is there any use for OEM Volvo headlights with worn reflectors and pitted lenses? Does anyone want my ~eight assemblies before I throw them out?

I read that headlights were a thing to always take from a junkyard. In reality, it's OEM Volvo lenses without pitting that you want to take. They apparently focus the light better than TYC and other lenses.

I had hoped to try and recoat the reflectors but I'll never have time. Buying a $75 lamp from TYC is just more economical since the OEM lens is likely pitted after 25-30 years.

Projector retrofits, these headlights are great candidates for those diy kits and i had great success with an HID projector retrofit. Our cars are so low that it is fairly difficult to misalign the projector to dazzle oncoming traffic.

Yep, did this to mine. As long as the high beam portion of the housing is ok then you’re good to go, however you’ll want the clear Jewel glass if going this direction
