I investigated some rust by removing the lower panel body trim and found out the entire back end of the rocker panel on the driver's side is virtually non-existent. Grrrrr...
I'm guessing it's the same thing on the passenger side as I see rust there as well...
So where do you recommend I purchase new rocker panels? I see online the price varies from a little less than $100 up to close to $400.
I s there much difference in quality between the cheap lower priced ones and the what looks to be original Volvo panels?
For what it's worth,I'm based out of Canada, near Ottawa.

You will not find it in 2023. I highly doubt you'd be able to. In NA a car manufacturer has to stock the parts for 10 years or so, after that the stock is depleted quickly.

Find a junk yard car with good panels and cut them off. Or find a bending brake and make your own.

Pull the rear wheel liners and fender flares, you'll find more rust there.
