I promise I have searched extensively, and I apologize for this dead horse. I don’t seem to have a port on the side of the intake, nor do I see the V-vis. Is there a vacuum line under the intake? Do I have to pull the intake to get to it? The vacuum line comes out of the solenoid and the rubber hose is rotten. Please see red circled diagram for what I’m looking for. Image

Does it run to the vacuum tree? Can you post a picture of the offending pipe and front of the engine with intake manifold?

I have a 93 NA. There's a black rubber hose running to the fuel pressure regulator and a hard plastic hose running under the intake man but I can't see where it goes under there. The other end goes to some kind of valve on the side of the air intake box.

Thanks for the help. Here’s a link to a video of my vacuum.

Can it be rejoined with a rubber coupling?

Have you crawled under the car to see if you see anything? It goes directly under the manifold.

I think it goes to #13 in this parts diagram. It doesn't list the part description but I'm guessing cruise control? Mine changes from the black hard plastic hose to a blue rubber connector but I can't see exactly what it attaches to. Does your cruise control work? https://www.volvopartswebstore.com/show ... veLine=478
Looks tough to get to. Maybe if you pull the fan and shroud.
