Hello everyone, it’s been a little while. Anyway I am having some issues with my wipers stopping halfway when I only use the delay feature and shut off the wipers. In the past I have put a whole new wiper assembly and arms with motor from a low mileage vehicle. It’s my father’s car, and I think something must of gotten stripped in the linkages maybe from abnormal use. Because no matter how much I try to readjust and tighten the arms it only works on medium and fast without pausing. I would greatly appreciate some help!!

Front or rear wiper? My rear wiper was wonky onnrelay due to a sheared wire in the tailgate hinge
