Check the grounds, I seem to recall there are a couple on the drivers side behind the outboard kick panel.
Robert fixed one recently by hooking up his high-end scan tool and running them through the motions with the keypad, and that alone seemed to have fixed that car.

Sounds like the drivers in the ECC control unit have pooped the bed. The motors are 12V , you can test them with 9V, but the drivers probably aren’t putting out enough current if they only register 9V

Junkyard is best source for an ECC controller. Should be cheap, unlike the rare MCC unit

It delivers near 70 psi to provide the ejector function

Walbro is OE and the TI group builds the Walbro pump, available at link above
Hi Abscate. i have read everywhere that we can use walbro GRJ235, which I think is the same that RWD system. Do you have the reference of what to put inside the cartridge? The pump which has been placed in replacement of dead OE is sending 56psi (3.9 bar). Do you think the pressure is not sufficient?

Here is my pump in the AWD cartridge:

56 psi should be high enough. Above 50 psi should be good as long as it is being maintained.

I have a used ECC unit on the way, but I don't trust the 850 app to adjust the motors. I guess I'll try it without adjustments first.

Try it without first. If it works, great. If not, try to use the app to adjust. There’s now a way in the app to kick it out of relearn so you don’t brick it, which makes using the app far less stressful for this stuff.

So I never got the motors to work. I set them to hot for the winter - I'll deal with them next year.

Also the driver's side seat heater isn't working. I got 12V to the plug at the seat; that's all the further I got on that.

I'm wondering:
Does anyone have any of these?

Hello!
The wagon is still running good. I was wondering if anyone has experimented with removing one of these mufflers for some more tone. Are they both mufflers, or is one a resonator?
I was thinking of eliminating / bypassing the first one in line.

Thankya.

I have played around with this a good bit. Removing the blocked off one (right one in your picture) is very difficult without a welder, some tight bends, and creativity, so I haven't tried that.

However, I have removed the muffler on the left side of your pic and replaced it with a pipe (and welded on a hanger). It's pretty easy and sounds great. More sound, and there's no drone whatsoever. It's basically stock until you get into it, when it gets loud, toned, and sounds fantastic. Highly recommended.

I also tried cutting both out and it droned like crazy, so don't do that.
