Cheap source for P80 autos gearshift knob buttons?

I find gearshift knobs (automatic P80's) at the junkyard. Typically the buttons are broken or near broken. I sell on especially the wooden ones, but the issue I have is the replacement aftermarket buttons are getting silly priced now. The cheapest I can find currently on sale is IPD at $13 each. Add shipping to Canada and that makes the 5 I have ordered another $4 each. Just to buy one the shipping is the same as for 5 at $19 US to Canada.

I thought I still had a stash of these but either I have mislaid it or have now used the last 3 up.

Anyone found them any cheaper anywhere else?
