Does anyone know where to go into the computer/scan tool to turn off the automatic put in neutral when you get to a stoplight?

The Volvo dealers do this software upgrade as part of a TSB

Im screwed until I take it 80 miles to the nearest dealer which wont happen.

The TSB May have expired in 10 years so it might be paid work
